Taylor Construction and Civil Works is a family owned construction company founded in Co. Sligo. The company is owned and managed by David and Aisling Taylor.  The Taylor family has been involved in construction throughout the Northwest and further afield since the early part of the 1900’s. David’s grandfather, Michael Taylor, found the well known company Maloney & Taylor.  Later, David’s father was co-owner of the company along with his two brothers Michael and Tony.

After working with Maloney & Taylor since a young age, David then went on to establish his own business in the early 1990’s. Since then, David has built the business into a well respected construction company – with the foundation of the company being based on quality, honesty and fairness.

Taylor Construction has built up a team of skilled workers including carpenters, plant operators and project managers.  Our contracts manager, Greg Clancy, has played a key part in the growth of the business since he joined in 2012.  Greg is a highly experienced and valued team member with responsibility for the day to day operations of the business as well as overseeing the relationships with our clients.

Our dedicated foremen oversee the quality of all of the work that we perform.  We have extensive experience in both residential and commercial new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs, and roofing with the majority of our work being finished to a turn-key finish.
