Following an unfortunate fire this building, formerly Mc Garrigles pub, was very badly damaged requiring a full redevelopment. The pub/restaurant is located on the main street, O’Connell Street, in Sligo town.
The works included the redesign of the entire footprint to maximise the property for its intended use, including the completion of exterior work to provide a roof garden and outdoor beer and seating area. The full build, refurbishment and fit out was completed by Taylor Construction.
